Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the TNA processes for Allianz staff within the respective entities.
* Select vendors and follow up with their calendars and updated offerings.
* Arrange with every department for the employees who will attend and send out invitations.
* Gather and Analyze post-training feedback.
* Issue cheque requisitions to all training vendors.
* Ensure that all the training data recorded and reported.
Qualifications:
* 0-2 years of experience
