Overall Scope:
Heading the HR department, the Human Resource Director works closely with
managers and staff to ensure the department is providing comprehensive HR
support related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.
Build relationships with the business that result in maximized employee
performance and achievement of business goals allowing ITWorx to achieve short
and long term goals and strategies. Understand the business and operate with
integrity to ensure business receives essential HR support.


Responsibilities:
* Closely manage the Human Resources Function across ITWorx.
* Reflect the business strategies into the HR agenda(s).
* Developing a strategic plan for the HR Department.
* Build the capability of direct reports, identifying and supporting them through their own development and towards their career goals.
* Work closely with the L1 and L2 teams to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR & OD strategies.
* Formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business leaders (and position self as 'subject matter expert' on responsibilities under purview).
* Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
* Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes.
* Ensuring HR policies are administered fairly and consistently.
* Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
* Promoting a healthy working environment for staff and management.
* Ensure the organizational health via engagement and action planning.
* Drive culture change to direction of business (Understand the vision of the business, lead culture gap analysis, action plan against gaps, leverage communication tools/expertise to drive desired. change)Manage the HR department budget.
* Bachelor degree of any related universities.
* ‎15+ years of experience in the HR field with demonstrated history of working in the IT & Software industry is preferable
* Hands-on experience in all HR functions (TR, TM, TA)
* Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
* Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the whole HR department
* Change Management
