About the Role:
Manage the Van sales operation effectively of the sales area assigned
territory, Support FS management to develop Strategies and sales plans,
Achieve budget: volume & margin, analyzing market opportunities, Generate new
customers & managing existing customers. Lead sales team, train, review their
performance and motivating them to achieve targets and goals.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years experience as a Manager in handling Foodservice/ Horeca Channel and
sales management
Excellent English skills
Experience in leading large teams.
Driving license.
