Senior Project Manager (OCONUS)

What You Will Be Doing
Tyto Senior Project Manager leads teams of Prime and subcontractor personnel
throughout survey and engineering of all Outside Plant (OSP) pathway
construction, Inside Plant (ISP) systems remediation, and Network
Modernization efforts. Senior Project Manager may have responsibility
throughout the SWA theatre, however, is intended to be primarily located in
either Kuwait or Jordan until project completion and moving on to other sites
to support additional mission objectives.
Position location is Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and Joint Training Center (JTC),
Jordan
Responsibilities include:
* Oversight of Engineering and Implementation for largescale site wide infrastructure installations, ISP remediation, and network modernization efforts
* Provide leadership for large projects ($10M +) or multiple smaller projects
* Acts as the primary point of contact for all on-site project stakeholders
* Build strong relationships between the various Government entities on and off base
* Interface with DoD customer organizations to rapidly develop solutions to meet their overarching needs and objectives
* Translates customer requirements into formal agreements and plans that culminate in delivering an engineered solution
* Manages Customer expectations and acceptance of results while meeting business objectives
* Oversees on-site management/engineering team and manage performance of subcontractors responsible for the implementation of the proposed/engineered solution
* Manage and deliver project deliverables on time
* Proactively manage risks, identify issues, and develop mitigation strategies
* Effectively employs cost controls to manage project budget
* Provide routine reports and meeting briefings to Integrated Project Team stakeholders
* Prepare detailed reports and provide weekly briefings to stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
* Active Secret Clearance
* Ten (‎10) years' experience managing network modernization projects, including three (‎3) years' experience managing projects within the administrative and logistical constraints of SWA
* Experience deploying emerging technologies in the DoD environment, such as CSfC
* Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) or an equivalent certification
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management or equivalent experience
* Able to clearly define and articulate proposed solutions to an audience with varying levels of understanding of networking concepts and available solutions
* Familiarity with UFC, OSPDPR, and ICAN-DI requirements
* Must be physically and mentally capable of clearing CRC Medical/Dental/Background check requirements, if not already completed within ‎12 months prior to deployment
* Prefer having previously completed CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) within the last year, or longer if residing in theater and are current on medical & CBT requirements
