The Role:

Control the physical status of custodial stock, ensuring to meet the records
as mentioned in the database.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:

• Accountable for the physical status of Phono stock.


• Ensure the physical condition and quantum of received goods is correct in accordance with purchase invoice.


• Translate instructions given by department into action by preparing the daily shops orders and receiving of goods from vendors.


• Report day to day, challenges and/or discrepancies in numbers to P &L Supervisor to keep objectives flow on track.


• Share knowledge and expertise with each one in the team.


• Behave in accordance to company regulations and policies.


• Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

• 
  

  Higher secondary school degree or equivalent discipline from recognized institution.

  Minimum ‎1-‎2 years ' experience of materials management experience in related fields

  
  


• MS office skills


• Sincere and dynamic personality.


• Warehouse stock room experience highly preferred
