* Train kitchen staff in specific stations, and cross-train as necessary
* Oversee the application, orientation, and training process of new kitchen users
* Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet the demand, particularly for the lunch rush
* Maintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory
* Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances
* Ensure smooth operations between different kitchen users and solve potential conflict between users
* Respond personally to users' complaints
* Develop HACCP documentation
* Submit operations report and other required documentation by Country Manger
* Manage the stock area
* Ensure kitchen operations is in line with municipality and other department's requirements and engage adequately with officials when visiting the Kitchen
* Collaborate with the Operations Director to implement corrective actions in case of incidents, operational improvement initiatives, or higher management suggestions

MUST HAVE
* 6+ years in Kitchen management
* Familiarity with a broad range of kitchen equipment and general facilities management
* Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
* Strong communication skills.
* Open to feedback and personal and professional improvement
* Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and sound judgement
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE:
* Emerging expertise in cloud kitchens
Qualifications/certifications
* HAACP certification
* QC food safety training or degree preferred
