* Advance knowledge in AUTO CAD and in any software such as Odoo.
* 12+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
* Extensive 3-4 years ' experience in managing a company in the precast concrete industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong planning and managing skills.
* Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to potential clients and suppliers.
