Facilities Officer (Local Contract)
We are seeking a qualified and committed Facilities Manager to join our
Operations Team. The successful candidate should ideally have the following:
* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position.
* Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
* Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
* 15 years of experience.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Good analytical/critical thinking.
* BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.

the reference must be countersigned by the Head Teacher or Principal.
All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced criminal
background check and must provide a detailed residential history for the last
ten (10) years.
