We are looking for individuals who are interested in the tech industry and
would like to begin their careers. This position will give you insight on the
roles within Odoo focusing on a mix of functional consultancy and project
management. You will be gaining insight and will be mentored by individuals
that in our Professional Services department, which is responsible for
implementing projects and for helping Odoo customers with the use of their
Odoo business apps. This role will be high paced paced and filled with
different learning opportunities. You will be shadowing functional consultants
in order to learn all the ins and outs of what it means to be a functional
consultant at Odoo. Don't worry you wont just be observing in this role, you
will also receive your own tasks and responsibility that will further
facilitate your learning experience.

Help with the configuration of the software
Receive functional training sessions
Understand the resources in the project lifecycle
Follow and check the development aspects

How are you eligible?

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or are a fresh graduate
Ability to understand business processes
Fluent in English and Arabic

Affinity with the IT world
Based in the UAE

responsible for implementing our software solution to our customer's business.
You'll be mentored by consultants to gain a complete understanding of their
role and how Odoo is utilised within different companies, sectors and
industries. You won't have time to get bored as each project is different and
consultants are consistently handling multiple projects at once.

You will learn what it means to manage the implementation of projects from A
to Z by gaining insight on the following:**
* How to gain the trust of customers
* How to analyse the project requirements and suggest solutions
* How to implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
* How to make your customer an Odoo champion (training)
* How to follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks

You will quickly be involved in some of your colleagues' project as a first
step, and then you will progressively learn more to build the foundation of
being a successful Functional Consultant at Odoo. You will work with the help
of your colleagues and mentors but in the end autonomy and proactiveness is
