Job Title: Front Office Intern Location: Dubai, UAE Type: Internship
Duration : 12 months (may be extended) We have an urgent requirement for a
Front Office Intern to join our team at a 5 star deluxe hotel in the heart of
Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be
well-presented and possess a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel Check guests
in and out of their rooms Handle guest queries and complaints in a
professional and courteous manner Ensure that all guests are provided with
exceptional customer service Assist with reservations and bookings Work with
other hotel departments to ensure that guests have a memorable experience
Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive
attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team Flexibility
to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of MS Office and
