Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of ERP to manage and deliver large and
complex ERP engagements to identify design and implement creative business and
technology solutions for GFG Alliance.

Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for analysis, plan, coordinate & execute in-house enterprise-class ERP system project implementation.
* Act as business liaison between business users, technical developers and external vendor
* Carry out the necessary user requirements analysis, business process re-engineering/improvement and system design, manage the user expectations, to ensure that a well-designed system is in place.
* Identify business requirements and translate it into a development project.
* Communicate with internal and external project team together to shape culture, define process and deliver new technology.
* Work in a professional team to participate in project implementation and migration
* Adopt new technology, practices, procedures and governance framework to increase the overall productivity and controls.
* Identify with the project risks and suggest suitable recommendations to mitigate those risk.
* Ensure the deliver quality and reliability/high availability of projects and enforce system development standards, quality and reviews.
Experience / Qualifications
* Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
* Deep experience of leadership in multi-disciplinary technology teams in an international organization
* 15+ years in technology with minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role
* Must have multiyear experience in SAP Hana S4 rollout across multiple jurisdictions in industrial environment
* Deep experience with digitization of industrial processes
* Excellent understanding of financial management and reporting standards
* Strong vendor management experience
* Previous responsibility managing multi-million-dollar budgets
* Experience in the Mining & Metal field is highly valued, however, expertise from other industries such as Heavy materials, Industrial, and Engineering can also be considered.
