Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Analysis of water treatment (chemical & microbiology).
- Regular food safety training to staff.
- Provide solutions for enhanced and good quality operations.
- Monitoring CIP sanitation, hygiene schedule, etc.
- Maintaining all records in file as per HACCP, ESMA and DM requirements.
- Any other responsibilities or tasks as directed from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the field.
- Education: Engineering.
