Job Description:
As a Quality Control Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that
our products meet and exceed quality standards. Working closely with the
quality control team, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and
documenting the quality of materials and finished goods. If you are passionate
about maintaining product integrity and driving continuous improvement, we 'd
love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on raw materials, components, and finished products.
* Follow established quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Utilize testing equipment and tools to perform product quality assessments.
* Record and document inspection and testing results accurately.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans.
* Conduct routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Communicate quality concerns and findings to relevant teams and management.
* Participate in the resolution of quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a quality control or assurance.
* Familiarity with quality control processes, standards, and testing equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
* Good communication skills to convey quality-related information effectively.
