Job Summary
To provide quality of food and beverage service that is consistent with SOP at
all times. To support and assist the Bartender in delivering exceptional
service to all guests. This includes correct set up of the bar in line with
laid-down procedures and par levels, re-stocking garnishes, ice, alcohol and
mixers, collecting, cleaning and wiping glassware, arranging alcohol store
room, assisting with deliveries, arranging and organizing bar coffee area,
completing opening and closing duties and adhering to sanitation and safety
standards (ISO).
