Key job responsibilities
* Perform a series of tasks that are guided by established policies and procedures. May be responsible for a segment of a small project. Will receive ongoing supervision.
* Perform merchant on-boarding by ensuring that all defined processes are being followed to eliminate any room for error.
* Will be expected to be on call incident management rotation duty.
* Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers.
* Work with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
* Be a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right.
* Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
* Assist with customer communication during program / service launches.
* Relevant Degree from an accredited university or certificate of completion of studies in related field equivalent.
* Have track record of payment cards experience.
* Complete understanding of the e-commerce business.
