Smartly.io acquired Ad-Lib.io in January 2022 to advance Smartly.io's cross-
channel reach from social to now include dynamic creative optimization across
programmatic, CTV and the entire Google ecosystem. Smartly.io is supporting

We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join Ad-Lib.io's fast-
growing sales organization and develop the team in MENA. The Regional Sales
Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and closing
sales to achieve established annual sales goals for the market. You will work
closely and in partnership with Global Sales and the Client Services team to
identify and cultivate leads, as well as effectively close business.
Communication, listening, and strategic selling skills are critical to
success. You exhibit high emotional intelligence and professionalism and are a
true consultative business partner with your clients.
The environment you'l be working in is fast paced and frequently changing, and
we believe in setting the pace rather than following it. We are seeking a
candidate who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and shares
our desire to generate impact and lead from the front.
You will be responsible for developing new sales across your region. Foster
key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Develops
client-specific strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet
expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
Bringing brands and people together smartly. We are building a platform that
combines media buying, creative, and data to automate every step of digital
advertising.
We manage 4B € in ad spend and serve more than 700 brands worldwide, including
eBay, Uber and TechStyle. Our technology liberates marketers from manual work
