Role Summary:
The Holiday Homes Manager will handle the full operations of the business,
leading a team of specialists offering the highest level of support for both
property owners and customers.

Reporting to: CEO
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Research markets, pursue leads and successfully close deals;
* Build and Maintain close long term relationships with new and existing clients;
* Follow the latest industry and market trends and developments, keeping a close look over the competition;
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
* Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients;
* Conduct property appraisals for short-term rental listings;
* Remain up-to-date with all social media, websites and online marketing activities;
* Prepare and submit to the board monthly financial reports;
* Prepare contracts in line with the company strategy and local laws and regulations;
* Recruit, train and lead the operations team;
* Develop workflows, pricing and necessary policies to build an efficient and professional holiday homes business;
* Approve and manage property listings in a luxury portfolio;
* Offer a high level customer service and business standards at all times;
* Attend real estate conferences, seminars, and meetings to remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends;
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Holiday Homes market and a proven track record of management in this sector.
* 5+ years of experience in Dubai in a similar role.
* Knowledge of all related laws, rules and regulations in the UAE.
* Excellent customer relations skills with ability to build strong alliances with property owners.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* High level of written and oral communication skills.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Holder of a UAE driving license with own vehicle.
