Job Description
The Distribution Center of Intelligence and Excellence (CIEX) Coordinator is
responsible for looking after Logistics and Commercial CIEX projects and
optimization initiatives, for GCC and Turkey, which entails transportation and
warehouse management, distribution network & inventory design and
optimization.
The main purpose of the department is to support the local DDP Operations,
including work processes, transportation management, CIEX projects, analytics,
digital transformation initiatives, customer satisfaction, and long-term
growth and development within established corporate guidelines.
Resonsibilities
Financial: Drive Distribution network & inventory design and optimization,
GTM Strategy/design initiatives to optimize total cost-to-serve, increasing
service level. Ensure budget adherence and optimize cost-to-serve for the
entire region, including Logistics, Commercial and People costs.
Customer : Implement initiatives related to BRF's Omnichannel strategy,
such as online sales platforms, new sales channels (physical and digital), on
B2C, B2B2C and D2C avenues. Drive the order-to-cash cycle by promoting
solutions that interface with the Operations. Develop projects to increase
numerical distribution and reach within the countries. Ensure the optimal
Strategic Relation with customer, by re-engineering the clients' delivery
schedule process with KPIs management and Best Practices, and introducing the
Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Internal Processes: Distribution Planning & Strategy: DC Stock
Management; Direct Sales & Customer orders Fulfilment from Port to Doors
(DDP). Design, lead and execute projects for Digital transformation on both
Logistics and Commercial fronts. Track monthly SLA/KPI`s reports while
reasoning any deviations from set objectives and preparing action plan for
improvements. Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, through
activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and
global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company,
ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the
BRF chain.
Academic Background
* Bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management System (IMS), or a Business related field. Masters degree/MBA is desirable.
* Project Management/Supply Chain certificates is a plus.
Desirable requirements
* Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
* Good command in Project Management.
* Good understanding of BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI
* Microsoft office and SAP.
* Digital platform knowledge: fleet Telematics and Progression System, Sales progression system.
* Good understanding of Industry ‎4.0 concepts, such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain.

Experience
‎5-‎7 years of supply chain / FMCG distribution business experience, including
GTM deployment, Warehouse Management, Fleet and Transport Management,
Logistics Excellence programs, or Project Management.
