Tasks and responsibilities:
- - You will support us to drive digitalization and process optimization to
improve our workflows and interfaces
* You will assist us with order processing (creating, tracking, and clarifying orders and deliveries)
* You will assist the Customer Care Center team in daily tasks
* You will support us to improve our monitoring reports and to develop new dashboards
Qualifications and Skills:
- - You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics, Biomedical
or a related course of study
* You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, macro creation)
* Ideally, you have expertise in databases, VBA programming and BI tools (such as Power BI, Power Apps, ...)
Profile :
- - You will be available for at least 6 months, preferably longer
* You are open minded, communicative and have organizational skills
* SAP knowledge or first knowledge is an advantage
* You already have experience in process automation
* You have an affinity for digitalization and process optimization
* Your way of working is reliable, independent, and structured
