About the role:
The role holder is responsible for assisting customers in stores and give
beauty advise, suggest and sell products, explain and demonstrate how the
products work. The role holder requires to have excellent customer service and
sales abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
Core Responsibilities:
* Possesses thorough knowledge of the particular products being sold, skin care and cosmetic industry in general.
* Ensures that the monthly target is being reached.
* Produces daily/weekly sales reports for managers.
* Reads and understands information about new products being developed and emerging on the market.
* Attends workshops and seminars on new product lines.
* Identifies skin types and skin conditions and knows the best products for each one.
* Gives product demonstrations for customers.
* Performs makeovers on customers.
* Answers customers' questions and makes customers feel comfortable and relaxed.
* Helps customers find the products that best suit their skin and hair types.
* Sells to customers as many appropriate products as possible.
* Asks customers about any skin allergies and makes them aware of any products they should avoid.
* Meets or exceeds specified sales goals.
* Assists in Orders of new products when necessary.
* Manages the product inventory, and notifying the concerned team of products which are low or out of stock.
* Up-sell or Cross-sell products to customers to ensure sales targets are met
* Handling administrative and clerical duties.
Job requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant beauty background
* Sales, retail or related fields is preferred
* Basic makeup application skills are required
Language skills
* Strong English and/or Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
