With over ‎4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates ‎200+ locations across the

**


The key responsibilities of Multi Unit Manager consist of:**
* Directly responsible for Multiple satellite kitchen with overall responsibility in regards to Sales, Operations, Customer satisfaction, People and Profit
* Collaborating with all Kitopi functions to facilitate effective flow of information between kitchens and the wider Kitopi support teams
* Seeks feedback and shares best practices with peers and other functions; is champion of continuous improvement (Kaizen philosophy) constantly identifying improvement opportunities for the business.
* Acting as role model to his/her team and is "obsessed" in everything that relates to food quality, exceptional people and customer experience and team overall success
* Following "Area Manager Success Routines", effectively planning work of self and direct reports
* Following-up daily on the Standard Operating Procedures; supporting ASK teams thru training and coaching
* Taking accountability for success and satisfaction of brands operated in his/her area
* Providing on-going support to Kitchen teams and escalating, when necessary, to resolve disruptions in areas such as facilities, supply, central production, local authorities, community relationships etc.


**Broader responsibilities of Multi Unit Manager would include and not


limited to:**
* AccountableforcollaboratingwithGeneralManagerstoenablethemtocapturepotentialandtomeetandexceed sales targets
* Supports ASK Management in developing/refininga1 -‎3-yearBusinessPlanthatwillenablethemtogrowtheirbusinessestomeetand exceed growth targets (e.g., through investments, people, and capacity initiatives) while supporting continuous improvement
* Uses conversations and data to influence growth mindset, sales building focus and customer experience practices.
* ConsultswithASK-TeamtocaptureunmetpotentialusingtheASKsystemstodiagnoserootcause,problemsolveandgenerateaction plans that will grow sales and kitchen capacity.
* ConsultswithandcoachesASK-Managementteamandtheirstaffstoimplementtargetedsalesbuildingtacticsbasedontheirconditions (e.g., staffing, people positioning, sales building, local marketing etc.)
* ReinforcesthebusinessvalueofallinitiativesfrombothlocalandglobalteamsandinfluencesASK-Teamtomakethemahighpriorityand execute at a high level
* Provides targeted, data-based input to the ASK-Team and may directly lead ASK business reviews to identify high priority opportunities that will enable growth


IMPROVES PROFIT



  • Collaborates with ASK-management team to identify high priority profit opportunities and puts plans into place that closes gaps

  • Identifies profitability opportunities through conversations, analyzing key data sources, signals, and diagnosing issues

  • Directs ASK-team to operationalize resources and tools to achieve budgets and profits targets

  • Conducts regular P &L review process with the GMs to ensure proactive measures to meet productivity and profit targets

  • Conducts end of themonthreconciliationprocesswitheachGMtolearncontinuouslytoclosegapsbetweenbudgetandactual


IMPROVES OPERATIONS



  • CollaborateswithASK-Teamtoidentifyhighpriorityoperationalopportunitiesandputeffectiveactionplansintoplacethatclosesgaps

  • Responsible for the overall operations and continuous optimization of kitchen operations to achieve the relative kitchen KPIs such as IKIF, OTIF etc. (specific others here)

  • EngageswithASK-Teaminconversationstobegroundedindeliveringsuperiorcustomerexperienceeverytimeanddemonstrating commitment by expanding the focus through operations ' execution

  • Provides expert consulting to enable ASK-Team to operate kitchens and the established systems -as designed

  • Protects the Kitopi Brand by ensuring that the assigned kitchen meets Kitopi' s food safety, health safety and security standards and labor laws at all times

  • Coaches ASK-Management Team to be self-diagnose across multiple systems to achieve ops.excellence

  • EnsurethatoverallSKoperationsincludingthebrandingofaestheticsandtheoverallcleanlinessandequipmentconditionsintop condition at all times


PLANS & DEPLOYS



  • Develops expertise and plans for and consults to ASK-Teams to ensure effective and sustainable deployment of Global and local initiatives including trainingi nitiatives

  • Develops quarterly and monthly deployment plans to drive and track deployment initiatives

  • Monitors and reports key metrics for all business initiatives and adjusts plans to address opportunities as and when needed

  • Partner with Operation's Manager/ Director of Operations to establish and execute ASK-visit strategy that considers SK potential and conditions and includes action planning and followups

  • Provides expert consulting in the use of new and current technologies, solutions and tools in order to optimize SK results


DEVELOPS PEOPLE



  • Consults to ensure ASK-Team are being developed, coached, and performing to their potential while recognizing mprovements

  • Reinforces GM, HeadChef, FQM and Facilities Managers ' routinesandconsultstoimprovetheeffectivenessofmanagersinassigned roles

  • Role models and encourages effective coaching with SK-team(e.g.,asking, questions, probing, following up)to enable empowerment and greater accountability

  • ProvidesadviceandcounseltoASK-Management-TeamonthePeopleelementsoftheirBusinessPlan(e.g., ASK staffing levels, structure, placement, and training and development) to develop their talent pipeline to meet and exceed the growth potential of their business in the longer term.

  • Being accountable for the people in his/her area involved in recruitment, performance management, training, coaching and motivation of all team members
