JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sourcing Initiatives Lead is a general support to the Head of Commercial
Development. In this role you will develop and implement regional campaigns
according to sub-regional needs to help the team to increase business
opportunities and improve competitiveness.
Tasks:
* Make sure all subregions are correctly aware and accurately using all techniques/systems at their disposal by sharing the information and fixing the issues they may face.
* Regular follow-up at region level on current initiatives by creating and sharing clear files with updated data.
* Accurate and up-to-date portfolio assignment by applying controlling assignment requests and applying them in Salesforce.
* Centralize tasks to avoid duplicated work at subregional level, by representing the region at inter-departmental meetings.
* Assist the team to fix and understand any particular issue coming from SI and Channel managers, by taking action to detect and fix gaps.
* Organize and track regional campaigns to increase business by detecting opportunities and sharing details with the team, as well as monitor the performance for those campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
* Deep knowledge on Hotelbeds systems (Atlas, Maxiroom, One contracts, CRM, Rates Simulator, Tableau, SI Manager) and organigram (who does what).
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
* Ability to quickly understand what is required and to elaborate the conditions to get it.
* Ability to quickly adapt to unexpected new priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in Sourcing.
* Demonstrated experience in Excel.
* Demonstrated experience in Salesforce.
* High level of written English
