What do we expect from you?
As a Retail performance executive, you will analyze trends, formulate and
deliver reports and standard dashboards to monitor the performance and draw
applicable and actionable short/medium term action plans to drive and grow
business.
You will also contribute to the retail performance section of the yearly
strategic plan, ensuring KPIs are correctly tracked whilst interacting with
key stakeholders incl. retail, wholesale, finance, training, operations, CRM &
Marketing
On another hand, you will provide market heads with insightful
recommendations, network, evaluate sales analysis performances & develops
individual action plans in collaboration. with training manager and boutique
manager.
As a part of your journey, you will performs local sales analysis and
reporting: for example, Ramadan, Chinese new year, special occasions, specific
product launches and deliver individual performance analysis
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
