We're currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Project Manager
to join our team based in Dubai. The Creative Project Manager will play a
pivotal role in driving quality processes through successful planning,
execution, and delivery of projects that encompass creativity, design
excellence, and technical innovation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who
can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are
completed on time, within scope, on brand and to the highest quality
standards. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting international
projects and collaborate with a global team of ‎70 experienced professionals in
design, art direction, video, web development, and writing.
Job Overview:
As our Creative Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our priority
projects, managing them from inception to completion. This includes
understanding the brief, the creative workflows and organizing the necessary
creative and production resources, to ensure the creation of high-quality
output that aligns with our clients' goals and expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand the brief and establish project goals
* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones
* Lead the planning and coordination, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling
* Champion and help evolve our creative production process
* Resource/workflow management alignment to our video production team
* Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met
* Provide regular updates on project status to all relevant stakeholders
* Evaluate the effectiveness of our projects, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Project Management within a creative or media environment, overseeing the execution of cross-functional projects
* Proficient in industry-standard project management software and best practices
* A solid understanding of design and creative production processes
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* A creative problem-solver, ensuring seamless workflow across teams
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
