customer service and sales activity within a market leader of the industry.
Job Responsibilities
* To undertake outbound and inbound telesales activity with clients, and deliver a quality service at all times.
* Executive exceptional customer service, displaying excellent language skills for example billingual in English or Arabic, written and oral.
* Continously meet agreed KPIs as set by management, and report on sales updates.
* Display thorough product knowledge and maintain professional and quality relationships with clients and customers.
* Work effectively as part of a team and ensure customer satisfaction is met through good communication.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree holder
* Experience in both pre and after sales environments
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Proficient in database management and IT
* The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate history of achieving results
