Requirements:
* At least 2 or more Years of Experience as Receptionist.
* All Others Terms and Conditions as per UAE Federal Labor Law.
* Good Poise and should be Presentable.
* Good command over spoken and written English.
* Computer literacy.
* Well versed with Business equipment, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors.
* Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
* Transferring calls as necessary.
* Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
* Making gate pass and courier
* Managing meeting room availability
