and amazing travel perks. About The Role The Technology Partnerships Manager
is responsible for supplier relationship management, supplier performance
management, contract utilisation, supplier capability mapping and continuous
rationalization based on Emirates Groups technology strategy. Providing an
advisory role to Emirates Group IT Executives on all supplier related matters.
Provide portfolio visibility and transparency across support services such as
Procurement and Legal. What You'll Be Expected To Do: -In collaboration with
Procurement, develop, review and ensure application of the supplier tiering,
governance and the supplier relationship frameworks to the Emirates Group IT
supplier landscape. Responsible for ensuring these frameworks are visible and
are being applied globally for IT capabilities. -Develop, review and ensure
application of the Supplier Performance Management framework including
balanced scorecard and KPIs and drive application of this framework by close
collaboration with the various departments in Emirates Group IT to ensure
value for money is being tracked and realized. -Ensure supplier contractual
commitments are captured, tracked, suppliers are delivering on their
contractual commitments and there is a standardized approach to service
credits. Ensure collaboration with Procurement so that KPIs from a P&L
perspective are captured. -Enable Innovation at scale for Emirates Group IT
Innovation & Incubation department with Top Tier suppliers and represent
Emirates Group IT in executive forums of our suppliers. -In line with
Architecture, systems rationalization strategy and the Innovation strategy
develop the technology sourcing strategy in collaboration with Procurement and
maintain strategic partnerships with top tier suppliers. -Continuously drive
cost and or value efficiencies through technology contract and vendor
rationalisation globally. -Drive awareness and adoption of Enterprise
agreements within the group globally to realise efficiencies. -Ensure
adherence to Emirates Group IT RFT governance prior to any official release to
the market by Procurement. -Provide an input to various teams within Emirates
Group IT during selection of suppliers for any given RFT. As the performance
management function matures ensure that the business comply with ensuring that
IT RFTs are highlighted and actioned. -In collaboration with relevant Emirates
Group IT departments and Procurement ensure alignment to technology
architecture, innovation and systems rationalization strategy for large scale,
strategic Enterprise Agreements and renewals. Ensure these agreements are
geared for usage by the entire group globally and provide maximum efficiencies
for the group. -Own the consultant manpower strategy by defining, implementing
and managing the sourcing service catalogue which defines all internal and
externally provided sourcing services, in liaison with IT stakeholders.
-Ensure strategic roadmap of outsourced program continues to deliver on
Emirates Group IT's strategic objectives and provide advisory services and
strategic guidance on operational conflicts -Ensure there is a capability
catalogue of existing supplier capability which is created and kept up to
date. -Continuously identify opportunities to map existing supplier
capabilities to any RFT hence driving vendor and contract rationalization.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree or Honours (‎12+‎3 or equivalent) in a
subject relevant to IT Management. - ‎8+ years' Information Technology
experience - Knowledge of supply chain management, supplier performance
management, solid commercial acumen and service management. - A proven track
record of mature relationship management including CO level Professional
Skills: Business/IT strategy and planning, Sourcing and off shore management
experience, Business Change Management and Supplier Relationship management -
