Technology Experience Manager

Dubai as a Technology Experience Manager and lead the creation of our unique,
user-centric products and experiences. The Technology Experience Manager is
responsible for nurturing a team of specialists in creating compelling and
creative user experiences, that strike a balance between the users intent and
the business's needs. They will ensure all Technology solutions are fit for
purpose, improve end user productivity and are easy and enjoyable to use. The
Technology Experience Manager will ensure all experience design decisions are
informed by product and research, and work closely with Technical product
managers to deliver business and end user value. They will actively support
the Technology Experience chapter lead in creating a culture of human-centred
design across the organisation. What You'll Do - Coach and nurture a team of
specialists in user research, user experience definition and strategy,
prototyping and usability testing. - Drive adoption of the Experience Design
playbook within and across the broader teams of product, architecture and
development - Bring in best practice thinking to continuously improve tools
and methods that goes into the continuous improvement of the experience design
playbook. - Responsible for instilling creative confidence in product and
broader technology teams by establishing a shared language and understanding
of human-centred design through storytelling, brown bag sessions and running
hands-on training and workshops. - Manage the talent pool and supply of
Technology Experience Design experts against requirements for all Product
Portfolios. Ensuring the portfolio release trains are appropriately staffed or
skilled to support all backlogs in the Kanbans. - Lead the user experience of
all non-customer facing products all the way from creation of design concepts
to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and
analysis. - Acts as an advocate of the product to the users, imparting insight
on the product's value and usability. - Partner with the Technical Product
Managers to ensure all products have baseline usability measures that serves
as a benchmark to improve upon while product improvements are made. - Drive
the practice of research and analysis and subsequent incorporation into the
overall experience design principles. - Work closely with the Release Train
Managers in relation to feature and Epic completion and drive the practice of
visual release notes.
Qualifications & Experience: What You Will Bring To The Team - Degree or
Honours and ‎8+ years' experience in the Product industry; including more than
‎5 years' experience in Information Architecture, User Experience Design and
Interaction Design - Experience leading a UX team, playing a senior role
either as a Visual designer, Interaction Designer, or UX Researcher. - Proven
track record in product project delivery from the design stage through to
launch. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, interactively, and
persuasively to all audiences. - Expert knowledge of design tools like Sketch,
Invision, Adobe Suite and Axure and /or expert knowledge of usability
evaluation and research methods. Leadership Role: Yes Please ensure to include
