About the Team
The Food and Beverage team promote best practices and support the business by
elevating and creating unique employee and client food and beverage
experiences. Our team focuses on implementing industry knowledge across our
global portfolio, providing special food and beverage opportunities, creating
leading operating standards and deploying innovative ideas that engages our
team.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day technical management and communication and support of food safety operations, monitoring vendors and products, meeting stakeholders needs and expectations, whilst respecting quality standards
* Support the Global Food Operations team in ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met, in building strong relationships with customers, in providing impeccable Food Safety service and technical standards in driving the customers’ technical agenda & improve performance.
* Monitor the quality of the products ensuring they meet the specifications and quality standards at all times
* Manage customers’ technical requirements: updates & changes are tracked and remain compliant with vendor contracted Food Safety and performance KPIs.
* Complete & send all documents / reports required by stakeholders (QA, KPIs, 3rd party certificates & reports, scorecards, allergens questionnaires, supplier questionnaires & licenses)
* Organise vendor premises audits & visits as per plan with the Global and Regional Food Operations Manager(s). Raise awareness of issues related to food safety, legal and quality risks on products.
* Manage Food Product and service complaints (log, investigation, response, escalation, close off, assign responsibilities and charges)
* Manage samples (order, bought in store, tastings for new product launches or menu launches)
* Gather 3rd party safety certificates & reports for central kitchens and internal kitchens where applicable
* Develop innovative and compliant systems for food safety controls. Check signage, display and branding to ensure they are legal in the local area and compliant with company brand standards.
* Build strong & proactive relationships with colleagues, vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Food Safety (HACCP)
* Experience with vendors and food services specifications systems
* Experience in providing excellent customer services
* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at different levels
* Strong levels of analytical skills & ability to cross-check information
* Good at planning and organizing workload to meet deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency using key software
* Be able to travel when required
