تلقي بلاغات الخط الساخن أو البريد الالكتروني والنزول الميداني الفوري لحماية
الطفل.
المساهمة في إعداد خطط التدخل في جميع حالات الاعتداء والاستغلال والإهمال وكافة
الحالات التي تهدد سلامة الطفل البدنية أو النفسية أو الأخلاقية.
جمع الاستدلالات حول وقائع الإعتداء والإساءة للأطفال وحضور جلسات التحقيق
والمحاكمة وفقاً للحالة والإجراءات المعتمدة.
اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية الملائمة في شأن الطفل المعرض للإساءة مثل نقله لمكان
آمن أو إبلاغ الجهات المعنية وذالك وفقاً للحالة.
إجراء المقابلات الفردية والأسرية وتوثيقها واتخاذ الإجراءات الازمة .
استقبال وفتح ملفات لحالات رؤية أبناء الطلاق وكتابة التقارير الإجتماعية عن
الحالات ورفعها للجهات القضائية.
تنسيق الرؤية مع طرفي التنفيذ والتأكد من سلامة الطفل ورفع التقارير في حالات
تعرض الأطفال لأذى واتخاذ الأجراءات اللازمة لحمايته.
المتابعة والتنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية والداخلية المعنية بحماية الطفل.
تنسيق ورش العمل والندوات التوعوية ذات العلاقة بنشاط القسم في مجال حماية الطفل.
أية مهام واختصاصات أخرى في نطاق مسئوليات الوظيفية.
Qualifications
بكالوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية أو علم النفس أو ما يعادلها
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة)
استخدام الحاسب الآلي
