The School:
GEMS FirstPoint School (FPS), opened in ‎2014, is positioned in the heart of
The Villa community, which is an established, green, residential development
located ‎20 minutes from the centre of Dubai. It is a Premium British
Curriculum School, providing an excellent standard of education for over ‎1700
students from FS1 to Year ‎13, with exciting plans to add to its state-of-the-
art educational facilities in the coming years.
The school has grown rapidly and continues to be popular with families from
across Dubai with over ‎90 nationalities represented. FPS is housed in modern
buildings with a separate sports and performing arts centre, swimming pools,
theatre, sports hall, dance, drama and music rooms. Our main building contains

About the Role:
We are looking for an 'Outstanding' primary teacher to join our established
team at GEMS Firstpoint School, The Villa for January ‎2023.

The successful candidate will have:
* BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
* Proven experience of teaching primary level - EYFS/KS1/KS2
* The ability to share your outstanding practice
* A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
* Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
* A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
* An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
