The Luxury Personal Shopper and Stylist at The Closet will play a pivotal role
in providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience to our
esteemed clients. This role involves understanding clients' preferences,
curating unique looks, and offering fashion advice tailored to their
individual styles. The Luxury Personal Shopper and Stylist will build lasting
relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, while
also contributing to the store's sales targets and overall customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, style, and fashion aspirations.
* Provide personalized and attentive assistance to clients during their shopping journeys.
* Curate and present outfits, accessories, and luxury items that align with clients' tastes and needs.
* Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry developments to offer expert advice.
* Offer insights on how to mix and match outfits, select accessories, and create cohesive looks.
* Assist clients in choosing the perfect pieces for various occasions, whether casual, formal, or special events.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Arrange and coordinate in-store or remote styling sessions as per clients' preferences.
* Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and special events to inform clients.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing section of the store dedicated to luxury personal shopping.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of luxury brands and styling techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Personal Shopper or Stylist, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
* In-depth knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and styling techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong fashion sense and an eye for detail.
* Ability to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships.
* Multilingual skills are an advantage.
* Proficiency in using technology for researching and sharing fashion ideas.
* A keen understanding of body types, colors, and aesthetics.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
* Enthusiasm for continuously learning about luxury fashion and styling.
