Qualifications
* Good command of English.
* Minimum of a one year experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
* Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
* Qualification in Kitchen Production will be an advantage.
