Key Responsibilities
*
Assumes full Responsibility for overseeing and empowering the Security
Officers, ensuring their Unwavering Commitment to supervising and enforcing
Security Policies and Procedures while adhering to FIVE's meticulous
guidelines and local regulations.
* Remains Vigilant and identifies suspicious packages and situations on the premises.
* Maintains next-level Radio Communication with FIVE Tribe Members and Management.
* Thoroughly Logs all radio equipment used to foster Seamless Record-Keeping.
* Provides Supervisory Guidance and Support to FIVE Tribe Members within the Security Department.
* Creates a Safe and Secure Environment for Guests and FIVE Tribe Members, whilst elevating the 'Vibe at FIVE,'
* Assists the Security Manager in implementing Industry-Leading Standard Operating Security Procedures.
* Aids the Security Manager in training FIVE Tribe Members in Firefighting and Fire Evacuation, following Dubai Civil Defense regulations.
* Investigates, reviews, and follows up on all incidents, loss, and accident reports.
* Skillfully Resolves Conflicts related to Guests and promptly communicates these incidents to the Security Manager.
* Performs daily administration of FIVE's Key Control Programme.
* Takes responsibility for the Life Safety Policies and Procedures as mandated by Dubai Civil Defense.
* Oversees the day-to-day Operations of the Security Department, strictly enforcing FIVE's rules and regulations.
* Supervises the Administration of all Lost and Found Items, conducting Daily Audits and implementing Gate Pass Control Procedures.
* Executes Additional Tasks and duties assigned by the Security Manager, responding promptly to directions from the Executive Management Team.

Requirements
What We 're Looking For**
*
A minimum of ‎5 years' experience within the Security Field, with a preference
for experience in the Hospitality Industry.
* Possession of a valid Security Supervisor License through SIRA is mandatory. Any additional training or certifications related to security will be considered a plus.
* Utmost Confidentiality and the ability to manage Confidential Information in a discreet manner, adhering to strict privacy and data protection protocols.
* Extensive knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures, this includes a comprehensive understanding of industry best practises, threat assessment, risk management, emergency response, and incident reporting.
* Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A welcoming and enthusiastic nature to elevate the 'Vibe at FIVE.'
* Exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for delivering 'FIVE-Star' Guest Experiences.
* A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
* Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
