Job Purpose: About The Role At Emirates, our Cabin Crew staff are an integral
part of our business. They are trained in our state-of-the-art facility in
Dubai in the highest standards of safety and service delivery. We are
currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cabin
Crew Training Facility Partner! You will be responsible for the security,
maintenance, and services of our Cabin Crew Training (CCT) facilities,
ensuring that the highest standards are met and maintained for our Cabin Crew
staff and our multiple other users. Join us in cosmopolitan Dubai and make

our Cabin Crew deliver the best onboard experience. What You Will Do - Support
the CCT Manager in handling all CCT end-to-end facility-related assets. This
includes renovation plans, instalments, maintenance, upkeep of equipment's
(i.e., CSTs, simulators, IT devices) and supplies. - Support the CCT Manager
in delivering the Contingency and Emergency plans for the CCT and ensure
Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance procedures are
maintained, and always adhered to. - Review, and monitor all external
providers/suppliers' contracts (i.e. cleaning, security, stationary,
concession owners) and assess their performance on regular basis to ensure
compliance with contracts terms and regulations and legal aspects. - Ensure
optimum utilisation of CCT facilities, allocating and managing office space
and managing tenants' requirements and their allocated space within the CCT. -
Review, plan, and coordinate rooms (i.e. classrooms, meeting rooms) with
facilities management to manage growth and ensure an efficient operation and
positive work environment. - Manage special classrooms and learning simulators
(i.e. CSTs, grooming and duty-free rooms, kitchens, galleys) and ensure that
these are maintained, and that the latest equipment's are installed and
enabled to provide an up-to-date learning environment. - Work closely with
stakeholders such as EK Engineering, IT, Emergency, Facilities Management,
Emirates Flight Catering and Safety teams to ensure efficient and effective
operations of all installed assets in the facility. - Conduct regular reviews
on the health and efficiency of the CCT facilities and provide recommendations
for improvements and renovations to provide a collaborative, world-class
hospitality environment. - Manage facilities budgets, cost allocation, and
ensure overall effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience: This job might be for you if you have: - A Degree
or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business Administration, Hospitality or
another relevant field applicable to the role. - 5+ years of experience in In-
Flight Services and In-flight Administration - Experience in managing large
support and administration functions in a global multicultural organisation
You'll have an edge if you have: - The ability to lead and manage a team while
inspiring confidence and facilitating change and transformation - A deep
understanding of project management and process improvement principles - The
ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver to a wide variance of
audiences - Strong organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail
