Job Responsibilities:
* Support local purchases
* Assist the Administration team with travel visa applications
* Aid in building and warehouse maintenance with the Office Manager
* Collaborate with HR and IT to set up offices and cubicles for new hires
* Assist the Office Manager in organizing events, workshops, and team building activities
* Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
* Perform other necessary tasks as directed by the Office Manager
