Purchasing Management Assistant
Job Description:
* Receipt of pro forma invoices and placement of purchase orders with suppliers.
* Administer and ensure regular supplies according to the load plan under the best conditions (quality, costs and deadlines) and avoid stock shortages.
* Processing of needs in collaboration with the inventory manager
* Creation and update of the supply database
* Presents reports, daily reports and detailed assessments of its activity
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 03 years of experience in the field
