Administration Executive
Job Description:
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of departmental budgets, expense reports and financial documents.




  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and other departments.




  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance.




  • Follow organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.




  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.




  • Participate in other administrative tasks and special projects assigned.
    Job Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.


_ - Proficiency in office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)._
