* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
* Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Education & experience:
* 0-5 years' quota carrying Direct sales experience
* Experience from Real estate, Banking OR Retail
* Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Sales Negotiating skills is very important
* Experience in B2B sales will be advantage
