Job Title: Execution Clerk
Department: Secondary Logistics
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Scope:
Plan and execute various activities as per company strategy to secure our
products' availability and visibility on the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* To Coordinate all outbound deliveries once dispatched.
* To Coordinate all Inbound returns arriving at the Warehouse.
* To Ensure picking and loading is completed on time.
* To Ensure all planned deliveries are dispatched on time.
* To Communicate with vendors to ensure all trucks and manpower are available on time for dispatch.
* To monitor vendor performance and highlight any issues to the supervisor.
* To ensure system PGI is completed and invoice creation.
* To ensure all set of documentation is prepared and handed over to delivery team.
* To reconcile invoices quantity against physical loaded quantity.
Key Competencies & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Diploma.
* 0 -2 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry.
* Passion for Growth.
* Team Commitment.
* Objective Analytical Power.
* Influencing Others.
* Developing yourself.
* Excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
* Driving License.
* Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
