About the Role
Are you a versatile person who can cope with the ever-expanding procurement
industry? Do you have the skillset to know the latest procurement trends and
requirements? Are you confident, creative and comfortable communicating at all
levels and enjoy a fast-paced working environment?
Administrator, Procurement will support the tactical sourcing team ensuring
and assist with day to day operational tasks. In this role you will be exposed
to a variety of different procurement categories and work in a fast-paced
environment. You will report to the Assistant Manager and adhere to standards,
policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity and cost
effectiveness of the purchasing section.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in multiple
procurement disciplines. You will be a confident negotiator with attention to
detail and logical and analytical approach towards complex projects.
Demonstrated working knowledge in Excel, Word and cloud-based P2P systems is
necessary. You will be a natural influencer with the ability to connect with
employees of levels and backgrounds.
