Candidate will be responsible for Financial, Accounting, Budgeting,
Feasibilities and MIS, for the territory/Concept. Candidate will also be
responsible for closely working with the Finance Head in instituting,
directing, and controlling the financial policies and activities of the
territory.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining systems for prompt and accurate collection of
financial and accounting informationConduct mark down management by detailed analysis of margins and gross
profit and advice on margin setting for fresh stock and discounted salesDraw management analysis from the Monthly data to identify variance from
trends and budgetsBudget preparation/financial projections including cash flow statements
Generate monthly MIS and interpret data to suggest ways of cost
optimization and store performance improvementMonitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances,
recommend corrective actions and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the
adherence to the budget and to support the effective monitoring of performance
within the budgetEvaluate performance of stores across concepts and recommend corrective
actionsGenerate Feasibility for new stores & stores due for Renovations.
Consolidating Monthly MIS & presenting to CEO & CFO along with
Territories.Business Partnering for HR, Retail & other support functions.
Stewardship for cost control mechanism across P&L; Heads.
Monitor the business performance & identify variance from trends & Budget.
Qualifications:
Qualified CA with 1 – 2 years of experience.
Well versed with MS office tools.
