Media & Events Coordinator - Role Description

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for coordinating all aspects
of nybl's media and events, including planning and executing media campaigns,
managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and handling media
inquiries. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to
ensure that all media and events align with nybl’s branding and messaging.
What you'll do
Your role will involve:
* Plan and execute media campaigns that support nybl’s objectives and marketing goals.
* Work with the marketing and communications team to develop messaging and branding for media and events.
* Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with nybl executives.
* Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure successful execution of events and media initiatives.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as conferences, workshops, and product launches.
* Oversee the production and promotion of podcasts, including selecting guests, conducting interviews, and editing and publishing episodes.
* Develop and execute a strategy for our YouTube channel, including planning and producing video content.
* Manage budgets and timelines for all events and media projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and content, to ensure seamless execution of events and media initiatives.
* Analyze media and event metrics to measure the success of campaigns and events.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a capable Media and Events Coordinator with experience in:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in media and event coordination.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English is a must, Arabic is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of LMS experience is an added bonus.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; a team player who can work effectively across departments and external partners.
* Experience with social media management and marketing.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with media tracking and measurement tools.
