Grow and develop the Creams Category
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the development of one of
Arla Foods MENA's most important categories in an exciting role where you will
be required to use your marketing and analytical skills to find effective ways
to drive penetration of the Category, deliver the growth ambition and lead the
innovation pipeline. The position is based in our Dubai regional office and
reports to the
Senior Creams & Sauces Category Manager, MENA.


As the Junior Regional Category Manager for Creams, you will be responsible
for:
* Assist in developing growth strategies for the markets and lead the development and implementation in accordance with local market needs
* Driving MENA Creams innovation agenda, leading the development of NPDs and ensuring effective delivery of launches in market
* Combine consumer, shopper, market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and execute these through outstanding category leadership initiatives.
* Actively driving and delivering annual business plans together with Regional / local CCSM colleagues
* Working closely with Regional CCSM to coach in-markets team to deliver best category practice through sharing with others and driving improvements throughout the team


Commercial marketeer with leadership background
You have a degree in Business Administration and Marketing or equivalent. You
have solid FMCG experience and have worked with category management and
development for minimum ‎3 years. You must have a global mindset enabling you
to build strong, positive relations to partners across geographical and
cultural boundaries. Relying on strong project management skills, you can
lead, drive and create clear direction to motivate others to follow and create
results. Having an eye for details, analytical skills, creative thinking and
solid commercial understanding are essential to the role. Moreover, you know
how to navigate safely in a matrix organisation, and your English proficiency
leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Arabic speaker and GCC experience are
strong advantages.
