About The Role

The role of the Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for the overall
operations of the outlet and ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest
experience. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be collaborating with a
world class chef and their team to deliver a world class experience. You will
be responsible for colliding the front and back of house teams, ensuring a
high level of customer service, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of successful acclaimed restaurant management,
excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for providing a
great dining experience for customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front and back of house operations


• Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff


• Ensure that all food and beverages are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations


• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity


• Monitor and control inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs to achieve financial targets


• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• 
  

  Suitable candidates should have a minimum of ‎10 years' experience in the same capacity in an upscale ‎5* hotel/resort environment and has a previous experience in Michelin starred or Fine Dining Restaurant. Has a strong exposure in handling busy restaurant operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele. Fluent in other major languages.
