ASTUDIO, a digital creative agency and production house, is looking to employ
a full time Office boy/Handyman who loves to keep things in order!
Handy with tools? A marvel with maintenance? Fixated on fixing? Then you’re
the person we’re counting on to tackle our general maintenance tasks and keep
our facilities in outstanding condition.
You need to be able to:
· Clean the office at the start of the day
· Perform maintenance and light repairs
· Perform routine landscaping and ground care
· Paint and fill gaps or crevices
· Handle any light installations or carpeting
· Repair equipment and/or appliances
· Perform any electrical and plumbing repairs
· Undertake duties as assigned, as well as emergency tasks
· Identify and report the need for major repairs
· Assist office staff as requested
You need to have:
· Proven experience as an office handyman
· Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
· Comprehensive understanding of electrical and plumbing works
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· A knack for resourcefulness and problem-solving
· Good communication skills
· The physical strength to be able to carry out the required handyman duties
