Coordinatesand oversees the projects of Employee Social Club (ESC) facilities
with theconcerned Departments regarding technical support, security,
facilities managementand maintenance.
1- Oversees all activities inside ESC facilities, ensures that health
andsafety standards are met ,and arranges for repairs, as needed.
2- Plans for ESC facilities futurespace and furniture needs to identify needs
for repairs or renovations.
3- Coordinates regular maintenance of ESC facilities ,equipment ,and internal
systems (e.g. swimming pools, tennis court, heatingsystems, alarms, and
security cameras ,etc.).
4- Manages and Monitors installation of furniture foroffices, classrooms and
common areas.
5- Inspects all ESC facilities to identify general correctivemaintenance and
reports supplies /materials deficiencies.
6- Oversee and monitors the schedules for cleaning anddisinfecting inside ESC
facilities. Coordinates proper wastedisposal and recycling.
7- Assists Manager, Recreation Services in all aspectsof project
implementation and performs administrative tasks, as assigned.
8- Participates in selecting, recruiting, training,retraining and evaluating
assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains apositive working environment to
implement policies, correct deficiencies andimplements discipline procedures.
Education**
Bachelor 's or Associate Degree/ Diploma inBusiness Administration or other
related discipline is required.
One (1) year of related experience with aBachelor 's Degree or three (3) years
with Associate Degree/ Diploma isrequired.
Saudi National only.
