The Role / Opportunity
The Team Leader – Industrial (Bakery - Jeddah) will be responsible to organize
and assist assigned shift in carrying out the production plans within the
agreed time schedules, defined quality standards and budgetary controls.
Supervise and manage operators to function efficiently within defined safety
and quality standards.
The ideal candidate must have working knowledge and experience in a similar
role and industry. He must be a good communicator, capable of finding faults
and solving problems in production. Good at c ontrol of multi-functional
machines and coordinate with maintenance and quality for solving problems.

Bachelor’s degree in Bakery / Food Technology or any related discipline
Have at least 3-year experience in bakery and production of bread and pastry
products
Strong command of spoken and written English language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
