Calling all Boutique, Store, Department, and Area Managers from Luxury
Retail, Luxury Hospitality, and all Luxury Industries! We are hiring Boutique
Managers and Assitant Boutique Managers for many of our great Maisons!
How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of our Maisons in the capacity of Boutique Manager, you
will ensure clients have best-class experience by driving performance of your
team, developing your people, and motivating them through engagement. In
addition, you will instill the values of the Maison in your team and be
involved in the integration of training of new comers while coaching your
staff to improve their performance.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in
English & Arabic-- French is a plus. Your communication skills will be one of
your key strengths day-in and day-out, emphasizing team spirit and
collaboration. As a Boutique Manager, providing a highly unique and
professional client service is pivotal. You will assist the Maison in
implementing and monitoring CRM programs and actions while building direct
contact with our VIP clients.
