Construction Manager (OCONUS)

Summary

Responsibilities
Work you 'll do
As a Full Stack Developer you will:
* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
* Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited university in the field of Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
* ‎7+ years of experience in construction project management with specific on-site construction experience across all phases of project delivery
* Vertical construction experience is a huge plus
* Deployed to OCONUS locations ‎95% of the time
* Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a top-secret clearance
* The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Embassy construction program experience is highly desired.
* Experience in security systems.
* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
